*NOTE*: An open/closed setting has nothing to do with if the setting
is being run at the moment or not. An open setting can be interacted in
by any character, especially characters from other open settings. A closed
setting can only be interacted in by characters from THAT setting. Mostly
closed/open settings mean it is suggested you talk to the moderator of
that setting before playing your character in it.
